Hosted by the Huron Valley MLK Day Committee, this unique event is being held as a fundraiser to support the work of the organization.

Embrace diversity and make a difference! Join us in celebrating cultural heritage at our Huron Valley MLK Day 20th Anniversary fundraising event, Cultural Couture - A Tapestry of Tradition. Whether you're a fashion enthusiast or cultural ambassador, let's unite for peace, justice, and equality. Huron Valley MLK Day honors Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his mission each year, aiming to promote peace, justice, and equality, and bring multicultural events and education to our community.

For our 20th anniversary fundraiser, we are throwing a fashion show, Cultural Couture: A Tapestry of Tradition, which will take place on April 27, 2024 from 2-5pm at the SHAC in Milford. The event will raise awareness of cultural traditions through clothing, music, customs, and dance.

Your $30 ticket will include appetizers, one free beverage from River's Edge Brewing Company (alcoholic and nonalcoholic options available), a fantastic fashion show, live performances, a rich, multicultural experience, and a chance to win one of our many door prizes.
