The Livingston Diversity Council is hosting its next field trip to the Detroit Historical Museum including a guided tour and presentation with Detroit's Official Historian, Jamon Jordan!

The Detroit Historical Museum brings Detroit’s vibrant history to life with interactive exhibits, engaging displays, and family-friendly experiences that celebrate the city’s industries, culture, and stories.

Event Itinerary:
10:00 - Arrive at Cleary University
10:15 - Depart from Cleary University
11:30 - Lunch at Babo Detroit (not included in ticket price)
1:00 - Guided tour and discussion - African American Perspectives focused on Black Bottom and Paradise Valley
2:00 - Tour other exhibits at museum including Come Out! in Detroit, Heroes vs. Villains: Detroit's Comic Book Story, and Black, Queer & Proud
2:45 - Gift Shop
3:15 - Depart museum 
4:30 - Arrive back at Cleary
