Community Event: Unconditional Love & Resistance (Virtual)

Unconditional Love and Resistance: The Role of the Church in Anti-Authoritarian Movements will be presented by Professor Judith Kullberg. Using the lens of love as resistance, Professor Kullberg will help us gain insight into current trends and polling data and how people of faith can move the movement forward into liberation for all people.

About the presenter:
Judith Kullberg is an emeritus professor of political science at Eastern Michigan University, where she taught courses in comparative politics and international relations. Her research focuses on the politics and foreign policy of Russia. She has held leadership positions in academic, labor, and social justice organizations, including the EMU Faculty Senate, the American Association of University Professors, the Huron Valley Area Labor Federation, the United Nations Association, and Michigan Peaceworks. She currently serves as Russia Country Specialist for Amnesty International-USA and co-leader of Voices for Justice at Holy Faith Church in Saline.
